Dr. Smruti Rajan Mohanty is a Consultant - Paediatric Cardiovascular Surgery at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. He has got over 21 years of experience exclusively in paediatric and neonatal cardiac surgery. He has done his MBBS, MS, and DNB from some of the eminent institutes in India. Following which he did his Mch from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical College, Delhi. Dr Mohanty has done his Fellowship in Paediatric Cardiovascular Surgery at C.S Mott's Children's Hospital, University of Michigan.
Dr Mohanty has performed the First Norwood operation in Western India. He has successfully done the smallest Pacemaker implantation in the world in the tiniest baby. Dr Mohanty has his expertise in Norwood procedure and other single ventricle repairs, Arterial Switch Operation, Arch repairs, TAPVC repairs.
