He is the Course Director of a 3-year post-graduate program in emergency medicine - Masters in Emergency Medicine - International, in collaboration with George Washington University, USA, 2012-2018 - First of its kind in Western India. Dr. Sanjay is also the Founder member and convenor to set up one of the first and largest state-of-art Emergency departments in the public sector in India in the year 2000; with a workload of about 150000 patients/year.
