About Dr. Hrishikesh Sarkar 
After completion of MBBS and residency training at CMC Vellore for twelve continuous years, Dr. Sarkar has worked as Assistant Professor for two more years. Over the course of fourteen years, he witnessed and managed approx 2200 complex neurosurgical cases per year and at one of the most diverse neurosurgical centers in India and South East Asia. Worked at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai and Hirslanden Klinik, Switzerland to get his hands on state-of-the-art, Robotic Cyberknife Radiosurgery system and computer guided surgery. Fellowship in the keyhole and endoscopic Neurosurgery under the mentorship of Prof Robert Reisch, Dr. Daniel Simmens in Switzerland Observership in Neuromodulation at the prestigious Karolinska Institute - Brief stint at the home place of Nobel Prize, Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden. The institute was a pioneer in developing Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery in the world.
